As sole owner of Marketing Innovators International, Inc., Lois M. LeMenager serves as the company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Founded in 1978, this thriving business has been recognized by Crain’s Chicago Business for several consecutive years as one of the largest woman-owned businesses in metropolitan Chicago. Under the leadership of Ms. LeMenager, Marketing Innovators has experienced tremendous growth, tripling its size and scope. Over the past 25 years, Ms. LeMenager has become a leading force in the incentive industry. Among her many achievements, she pioneered and developed the concept of awarding incentive program participants with retail gift certificates. Her Freedom To Choose® program was considered to be the first genuinely new concept the incentive industry had seen since its inception. In 1980, Ms. LeMenager established an exclusive relationship with JCPenney, and later formed JCPenney Incentive Sales as a full-service division of Marketing Innovators.
